How to request an interpreter
Send your language pair and dialect, date, local time and time zone, expected duration, meeting subject and preferred format. For an in-person assignment, include the country, city and venue. We review your requirements and confirm availability and suitable arrangements before you book. A request does not reserve an interpreter.

Before confirming an assignment, agree on languages, format, date, time zone, duration, price, payment and cancellation conditions. Mention any organisational or qualification requirements.

Interpreting conveys spoken communication; written document translation is a separate service.
