  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled assignment.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to full or partial charges.
  • No-shows may be charged at the full rate.

 

10. Pricing & Fees

All interpretation services are charged in accordance with applicable standards, including:

  • Domstolsverkets Normtaxa (Swedish Courts Administration standard rates), where applicable
  • Any additional agreed-upon fees (e.g., travel time, waiting time, urgent bookings)

Prices are clearly displayed before booking confirmation.

 

11. Interpreter Responsibilities

Interpreters agree to:

  • Deliver services professionally and impartially
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Arrive on time or be available as scheduled
  • Inform promptly in case of delays or issues

 

12. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking information
  • Respect cancellation policies
  • Use the App lawfully and responsibly
  • Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the service
